$168,000. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. It's got a compact bedroom, but perfect for one. It's an older building, so be vary of sinking fund.
But there is potential there, especially if you compare it to the renovated version.
5 Watson Esplanade Surfers Paradise Qld 4217
$178,000. 1 bed/ 1 bath. I would be buying this hoping for a buy out in the not too distant future. It's a great location, and would really work better as bigger block of units.
