$175,000. 1 bed, 1 bath. A great size for this price. 58 m2. and from the pictures, it seems like it's a full sized bathroom, which is again surprising for this price. I would be checking on the sinking fund, and how much body corp is before inspection. Rents for about $280.
6/14 SPENDELOVE AVENUE Southport
$189,000. 1 bed, 1 bath. This would be a highly speculative buy. Not sure what will happen when they demolish the old hospital. But other housing around this neck of the wood rings the sound of housing commission. Well I guess this place is secure. Currently rents out for $250. You could probably negotiate a lower price on this sale too.
